Looking back, discovering and practicing TRM (Team Resource Management) was one of the greatest gifts of my life.

It changed the way I communicate, make decisions, value myself and others, handle stress, and work with people under pressure.

Today, I share these experiences because I know they can help everyone and that everyone can benefit from them. Human Factors are not only important in the cockpit or control center — they matter in everyday life.

As a father and grandfather, I know how essential these skills and insights are. At the same time, I see that they are rarely taught naturally in parenting, schools, or professional education. Many young people are sent into life without real preparation for stress, responsibility and difficult decisions.

And that is exactly what I want to change.

Never before has it been easier to benefit from TRM. With the FOR-DECisions System and the support of artificial intelligence, people today can receive guidance and support in almost every life situation.

TRM has contributed greatly to the fact that I am a happy person today and able to truly enjoy my life — with a wonderful wife, a great family, and genuine friends.

For me, TRM is not just a training concept; it has become a way of life.
